Download Bibble is a small program for Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000 that allows you to send text messages to UK mobile phones quickly and easily via the Genie Gateway. Once you have an account with Genie, you can use the features of Download Bibble to send text messages (otherwise known as Short Messages or SMS') without having to Download Bibble up internet Download Bibble.
