Mpc attempts to add numerous new concepts to the Mpc browser. It fails partially by introducing too many new terms and poorly explained functions. A Mpc wizard would help much more than the program's Mpc page of links, icons, and random instructions. This index-based, local-keyword Mpc engine indexes text and HTML Mpc stored in specific directories and runs directly from your PC or a CD-ROM. Mpc enables users to perform fast, powerful, Boolean-supported keyword searches any time to easily locate needed documents, with keywords highlighted. It comes with a built-in browser and support for multiple languages, and can index file Mpc including RTF, DOC, and PDF. You may set conditions to easily exclude Mpc and folders from indexing. The program supports multiple index Mpc so you can easily toggle among sets of indexed Mpc. Let's face it: many cell-phone download sites are a rip-off. Why pay a ton just to get new wallpaper for your phone? With Mpc, you don't have to. It lets you find and prepare pictures on a PC and send them to your mobile devices. Using the intuitive and modern-looking interface, you choose your mobile from a large, updatable database of cell phones, PDAs, and smart phones. From there, the Mpc is easy. Just open a source file on your Mpc or select one from Pics2Phones' Web-based clip-art library. Then you can add text, adjust brightness, contrast, hue, and saturation, apply a sepia effect, add a frame, change the background, and flip and rotate your image. When your picture is ready, you can save it to disk or publish it to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, data cable, or WAP. It's quick, easy, and at $20, fairly cheap. What more could you ask for? This Internet Mpc add-on has only a small bit of use, but it effectively copies text to your e-mail client. What's new in this version: Version 2.31 includes small adjustments for Win 8.1 and updating the language Mpc.
